Get the biggest on
the 77mm disc barely fits on my lens that takes a 70mm hood, so one might want to get the 87mm version of the expodisc unless all your lenses are small diameter.

useful tool
it works with a bit of practice to learn how to manipulate the watch, back, and tool simultaneously. recommend practicing with a disposable watch.
