Do you really do macro?
Superb quality lens that does macro shots to perfection. I've used it but not a lot. Think carefully if this is where you want to invest your money, if you are building up your lens collection from scratch.

Great little lighters!
Great value if you buy in bulk and they do away with that paraffin smell in your wood-fired oven or barbeque. They light kindling or charcoal really well.

Very informative and understandable
The book is well written and takes you through back anatomy which then helps to introduce the exercise programme. By the way it's written I have confidence in the content and I would recommend the book strongly as a valuable aid for managing and preventing back pain along with professional advice.
