You get what you pay for.
Top of the line solid professional printer. Its a big heavy item.
Use Canon inks / Canon paper. (Means you don't have to mess with ICC calibration - total hassle).
SG 201 semi gloss is the best.
Add about 20% brightness (to compensate for your computer screen backlight)
Add between 10-20 points of saturation - and you'll be close to perfect.
The inks are expensive - a full set of 8 inks is over £100.
Buy a stock of small A5 paper to calibrate your prints before popping in a big A3 sheet.

Nice. Had to make the hole in the vinyl tank washer larger. But all good.
