  I received the item a week later than expected. the seller told me he had to get it out of the pawn shop, which should have been a red flag. After receiving the Switch, I discovered that the "Unpatched" Switch was in fact a patched model. I requested a partial refund to match the price of buying a patched used switch. The seller was rude, insisting that they are smarter than me. I know how to push a payload to a Nintendo Switch and this is definitely NOT AN UNPATCHED NINTENDO SWITCH!

  Seller shipped out a week later than expected. Despite the cost of the item plus shipping, they didn't provide a tracking number so I didn't know when to expect it or if they even shipped it in the first place. After messaging the seller, I come to find out he marked the item as shipped more than a week ago, but had no plans actually mailing it out until the end of the month.
