  Goods arrived damaged (badly packed) . Seller asked for photo. Three sent. Said we could return, but expected us to pay up front. Refused this and opened case with ebay. They said we had a rebate off seller, and told us we could keep the goods. We thought this was fair as my.wife had to spend time repairing items as best she could.The seller would not budge, and insisted the £1.96 was for postage and we should return the now repaired goods, or return £1.96 Many emails so paid miserable sum.

  You sent a message saying the items were damaged, I asked you to show this apparent 'damage' which could not be seen other than you did not understand the dress on the decoration was not 'flat'. I offered you a return for a replacement and refunded the postage for you to enable you to send the items back which you then refused to do so, claiming I said you could keep the items which was not the case at all. You are then not entitled to a refund which you don't seem to understand.
