easy peizy--really nice unit if you dont need hot water for more than 5 min at a time
was very easy to install-just have to shut off the water to the house and be in proximity to an electric outlet and there u go-- the box does not come with the hot and cold steel plumbing connectors so if you dont have them you will have to purchase them
