Damned good film!
This is a fabulous film, I love Joan Crawford and she's at the height of her powers in this little gem - feisty and tough, but still with a heart! Great DVD and a brilliant price!

Sinister and exciting Hitchcock film
This Hitchcock film tends to be overlooked, probably because it doesn't fit with the usual mould of the handsome leading man and, of course, the "Hitchcock blonde". Nevertheless, it is an excellent movie - gripping, tense and exciting, with Joseph Cotten at his most sinister and a great performance from Teresa Wright. If you haven't already seen it, it's a must-watch!

Such a good movie!
I am a latecomer to this classic, but it was certainly worth the wait! Joan Crawford is still a tough cookie, but this time it's her spoilt daughter who is the b*tch! Tense, melodramatic stuff, I absolutely loved it and Joan gave the performance of her career. Well worth watching!
