Great Idea - If It Worked
For the first 4 days I used this, I was thrilled. I loved it! It is much sleeker and easier to use than a conventional water pick. My mouth felt as clean and healthy as it does after a cleaning at the dentist. On day 5 it stopped working. I called Phillips and they offered to replace it. I am still waiting for the replacement to arrive - it has been 2 weeks.
I started looking at reviews online and apparently, a very high proportion of customers reported that their devices stopped working within a few weeks. It used to be called the AirFloss Pro, but broke so often that Phillips gave it a makeover and call the same product the AirFloss Ultra. No matter what they call it, the unit breaks after a few uses.
