Found it
This is exactly what I needed, inexpensive, and disposable. I'm a mechanic and often forget to remove my fitbit before diving into something. My screen has been damaged on all previous bands. This time I purchased these when I replaced the band and now when the screen starts looking bad, I simply peel of the screen protector and install a new one. They last from 2 weeks to more than a month.

Exactly what my wife needed..
My wife wanted to be able to see the alarm clock on the night stand without having to turn all the way around and take a chance on waking the dog (the dog jumps off the bed prematurely in anticipation of being fed). This clock projects a nice large display on the wall. The only reason I only gave it four stars instead of five is that the main body display and the projected display are actually two different clocks that both need to be set independently of one another. I expected the projected display to be simply a repeater of the primary. Still does what I need though and that is the only quirk..

Money well spent
After 5 fitbit HR'S in a 2 year period, 3 replaced inside the 1 year warranty and 2 rebuilt units. I decided to try the garmin vivosmart HR. I didn't want to buy the latest version 3 for fear of these being of the same crap quality as the fitbit, so I purchased one of the version 1 as a refurbished unit. This was a third the cost of the latest and it is a very well designed unit with much better firmware. Seems to be much more durable and most importantly it is waterproof. If this one lasts a reasonable amount of time I won't hesitate to buy another or even upgrade to version 3.
