Information galore
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This book will go into detail about all the information you'll need to know about the autoimmune response of the body. It can be a bit boring in some places because of all the medical information, but it gets to the "doing" part soon enough. This book will help you understand just what is happening with the foods we eat and how it regulates our bodies and affects the immune system. There's a lot of information to digest(no pun intended) but it's just what I like in an informative book. Good read with good information!

This book has good basic information.
This book has the basic information needed to get started on homesteading. At least it will head you in the right direction. It will also "whet" the appetite for more information depending on what specific part of homesteading you're most interested in to start with, so be prepared to get excited and look for more in depth information e.g. raising chickens. This book won't leave you feeling overwhelmed, so start small and enjoy!
