  No response from seller for two weeks and item was never shipped. I had to get eBay involved and still no action other than refund. I’m the second person in 6 months to report same issue. I wound up buying item from another seller.

  Very concerned about the seller, they literally did not respond to any communications. Had to get ebay involved and they also got no response. I really needed the dive book, but the seller seems to have disappeared. I hope they are ok. I was hoping Ebay would actually try to do more to contact the seller and see if they are ok. Seller has 100% positive feedback, and then it feels like they disappeared. I got a refund from Ebay for not receiving the book.
