  The product is great but if I had not realized I could go directly through the manufacturer, I would have canceled this item from the first communication. Not only did this seller bypass the automatic ebay communication system and do everything by direct message but there was never any confirmation or shipping information that came through. It also cost me 10% more than ordering through the manufacturer. Took 18 days to get the product. Seller is bad news. Several excuses.

  She bought her first heater from the manufacturer on eBay. When she ordered another, she thought she went to the same listing. Obviously NOT! (Though we are a distributor with them) And our price is the same as the Mfg, so her 10% savings claim is crap. Our order went in on 11/24 and was shipped 11/30. After that it's in the freight company's hands. Anyone notice how ERRATIC shipping has been the last year? She doesn't know whether she's coming or going! And obviously we did communicate.
