Motivating
Loved hearing her stories along with others she had met about how running has changed her life and brought so many amazing experiences. I’m new to running and it has definitely inspired me to keep going!

Interesting
I’ve just woken up to the fact that we need to be more mindful about what we buy and the amount of needless waste we discard. This book has been a great starting point to get me thinking about the changes I can make.

Wonderful
I thoroughly enjoyed this book following the true events. It must have been such a hard time for them which none of us are ever (thankfully) likely to have to endure. But, it seems to be a time of renewal and hope for them as well and having read it I felt uplifted. I would thoroughly recommend it. We read it in our book group and we all loved it and it provided a great discussion.
