This truly is "A-1 TOP QUALITY". Excellent steel bench block anvil. Thick, heavy, and perfectly smooth on both sides.
This steel bench block anvil is far better than the blocks I have purchased in the past. This block is thick, a full 1 inch! I love how solid it feels. Most importantly, it is perfectly smooth on both sides, not like most my other economy blocks. The block's 1" thick edges have rounded grooves that can also be used for forming or shaping. At the price, this is a bargain compared to other professional blocks on the market. Love this block!
