  Seller took longer than expected to ship the item. The item did not work unless plugged into charger which was not described in the listing. When I contacted the seller to let them know the item didn’t work they responded asking me if I could just get a new battery for it. After declining, they accepted the return request. I waited for 5+ days after the seller received the item back but they never issued a refund. I had to file a claim and get EBay involved to settle the issue.
