Very Heat sensitive
Pay attention to the water temperature as it can soften too much. I kept producing a lot of saliva so it didn't work for me but it does stop teeth grinding.

Good Upgrade
Quickly and easily replaced the fixed speed fans in my computer case after I got a new motherboard.

Excellent value
The camera performance is excellent and very good value. Mechanically, it can be a little difficult to adjust the ball in situ, but a millimetre saw cut across the aluminium rim and placing of hacksaw blade in slots across the face males it easy even at arm's length.
