Works like a charm!
For those of you who may struggle with an open hole flute, this is a very inexpensive but effective way around misery and drudgery. And, once you master the basic fundamentals of the instrument, they can easily be removed and you can utilize the nuanced and measured tools that open holes can provide. Especially useful for woodwind doublers who may have limited time to keep up their open hole flute chops.

Consistent Quality
Rovner products are consistent in their quality, affordability and versatility. You can buy more exotic ligatures but it's hard to go wrong with Rovner for a basic ligature that works well. They have enough variation in the different models to give you options to find one that fits your needs best. But remember....you still have to practice!

Typical Hercules Quality
These folks at Hercules certainly know their stuff. Like their complete line of stands, this versatile soprano/flugelhorn peg works like a charm. It is adjustable so should fit any instrument. Highly recommended!
