terrible support

Contact with support was escalated after 1hour with initial support staff. Result of the 'escalated' issue was an emailed summary of the activity provide over phone except in written dialogue. No help.
I bought this at the suggestion of one colleague; should ave gone with a different colleagues suggestion for fujitsu scan snap- yes, more costly but much more functional. will likely trash this brother and buy the other just to save time and sanity.
No comment re: color as it never scanned anything color.

lightweight, good charge time, comfortable and above average sound

Only wish the design included magnets or short leash or something to keep these from slipping off neck. I've already lost an identical headset; but must be good because I've made purchase #2!
