Microjig GR-200
From a safety point of view this is a great product. I don't know why it's not readily available in the UK.. You do have to be patient as it requires setting up each time you take on, for example, a different cut on the table saw. ( I mainly use it on my table saw ). Once set it does offer good protection from the blade and inspires confidence. Some may say it's a bit on the pricy side. What cost your fingers.

Great value
I bought this lens to use on my 550D. It's my first venture into "L" series lenses. I am very pleased with the results it produces. Of course it does not have "IS" therefore best results are achieved using a tripod. Having said that, if you have a steady hand you can get good results hand held, particularly at higher shutter speeds. If you can afford the "IS" version, I would go for that, but at the price this lens is a real good buy.
