The plastic is very weak, and worse when hot.
This is my second holder, the same as the first, but this time the plastic is far weaker and barely holds two potatoes, let alone four. When cooked, the holder was very hot and bent whilst transferring the pots to a plate. The first one lasted a couple of years, but I doubt this one will last until Christmas. Not good.
