  I placed my order in the evening, and the seller contacted me on the next business day to tell me that there had been an inventory mistake and the item was no longer available. They were prompt to respond to my refund request and overall seemed like an excellent communicator. Although ultimately I purchased an air purifier from somewhere else, I'd certainly recommend this seller.
