Listing is FREE SHIPPING. It is not ! After I paid . . . he contacts me and says item is heavy and wants me to pay "open price" of unknown ship and unknown delivery date. It is a cast iron exhaust manifold in his possession not a matchbook ! He refunded my purchase price . . . but has relisted it again with "Free Shipping !

The USPS shipping I quoted you was $90, as the description said I asked you to pay $40 ish to cover it and you refused, so I issued you a refund. What you failed to mention is this the second time you have purchased and where refunded. It’s spelled out clearly in the listing-be smarter
