  The packaging was excellent. The clock was in a box that was inside 2 other boxes and well protected. Shipping time was acceptable considering that it was shipped from Great Britain. There were no set up instructions but fortunately they were available from the manufacturer. I’m very pleased with the clock, it is in great shape, just needs a little cleaning.

  The clock was as good as described, Needed a little repair due to light damage during transport, But keeps excellent time and is an excellent addition to my 500 year old cottage. Harry responded to all messages with in minutes, would buy from him again.
