OK can kind of
it can be better as others say , that was why I said no for is it well designed , it's not .
the PCIe raiser card holder holes don't line up. and the way the frame is held together at some points could have been done better with more then a screw and nut . some parts i can see the screw and nut as perfect, other points should have used a different kind of connector that is more stable i can see I'll buy over time another sheet cut for the PCIe express holders an drill the holes so they line up right and replace the connection of the main frame with some thing better then the screw and nut design if i want this to last a long time .

it seemed ok at frsit , til it burt out then burt out the mother board it was powering, i have sense bought a new mohter board and Pico
