Hammers offset 30mm QD scope mount

Excellent alternative to the high-priced mounts. I used this mount to mate a Vortex Strike Eagle 1-6x24 to a Colt LE6920. Very secure QD attachment. Straight, line-bored rings. The mount positions the scope such that the fixed front sight post is visible in the scope but below the reticle and its subtensions. The flip-up ocular lens cap does not interfere with the flip-up rear sight when it’s folded down. The mount’s span of adjustment, both on the receiver rail and between rings, means you can accommodate virtually any required eye relief. Only one caveat when mounting on an AR: if you have to mount the scope far rearward to attain proper eye relief, it’s more difficult to operate the stock charging handle. I give this mount five stars.

Nice quantity for hobbyists

I generally use this high-strength ethanol as a solvent/disinfectant in woodworking applications where I need to sterilize previously-owned wooden food implements such as carved cups, bowls, and smaller, ornate cutting boards. Wood is porous, and I flood the item with this to kill any hidden nasties. If I lived in a state that sold Everclear alcohol, I'd probably use that instead, and possibly at a cost savings, but for my purposes 8 ounces lasts a long time.
