Primer on the art of negotiation

This book is well worth the time and money. Leigh Steinberg outlines the general principles of effective negotiation. Even though he is a successful sports agents, the values he extols are applicable to any situation of negotiation, whether you are buying a house or asking for a raise. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in becoming a better negotiator.
