Excellently executed by an affable champion.
A great DVD with Lee Haney showing the correct way to perform the basic muscle building exercises. Great for those new to the sport to learn the correct biomechanics of weight training.

Canon 70d. Professional features plus fully auto.
This is an amazing camera, which although is a few years old, is still taking professional photos. If you are just getting into DSLR then buying a ‘like new’ preowned camera, with a very low shutter count is the way to go. You can save yourself two thirds the cost of the latest models, and if you don’t take too it, you haven’t lost a fortune. Get a couple of appropriate books on the model, take your time and you will be snapping away like a professional in no time.
