Helpful in many ways.

Put it in a safe place.
20.00 for a plastic cap with a small tube attached to it, that's what you pay when you use some ones power washer and lose the tube for the soap bottle. If it had been mine I would have made something from stuff around the garage. The part itself was a perfect replacement and works great.

Time will tell
If this phone operates as well as it looks it will be an excellent purchase. This is a Christmas gift for my 98 year old mother-in-law that has a problem hearing on her present phone and I hope this will help with that problem. The numbers are large, they light up, and it looks easy to setup. Time will tell how easy it is for her to use.
