JF-2000 Automatic tape dispenser Cutter Machine.
This jewel works! It is well built and well thought out. I use it for cutting 2.0 mil clear s-423 uline packing tape which is a thin tape. This machine gives great cuts and exact lengths of tape every time. It is easy to load and service. fully automatic mode and manual modes (push a button). I tried some thicker tapes like duct tape and filament tape and it done just as well with those.
We use it to seal the ends of tuck fold boxes. It's nice not having to wrestle a tape gun with alligator teeth or fight a naked roll that causes you to search for the end of the tape. By being able to meter out small pieces of tape that are just large enough to seal the box or secure a label, I estimate we have used 50% less tape.
Getting a piece of tape now is literally a one finger affair. Just stick you finger on the sticky side, lift it away and a new piece is dispensed in it's place.
Changing rolls is easy, The power cord is about 6 ft which should work well on a packing station.
