This doesn't fit the rear brakes.
I got the shipment in time. All was well but the item is described as rear brake pad hardware kit. Which it's not. It's the front brake pad hardware kit.

Perfect fit
Perfect fit for my 06 CTS. Had some trouble getting it cut thought. But long live flea markets. 👍🏽 was able to get it cut by a local locksmith at aqueduct flea market (Brooklyn)for 20$. Walmart, Home Depot and several other local locksmiths refused to cut third party keys. Which was a pain but then a colleague suggested me to visit the flea market and voila!!! 20$ per key and the job done. Works like a dream
