Much easier transition than expected
I really like the larger screen size but significantly lighter and smaller form factor than my iPhone 7 Plus. I was able to get used to turning it on and smoking closing apps and flicking up much faster than I thought. Screen looks fantastic. Well built. I put my right and the case and I’m starting with a screen protector, so it’s more protected. I probably don’t need to the screen protector but I’ll try. Had a minor issue when first using it. I wanted to restore from a back up for my iPhone 7, but I got an incompatible ever. I was able to download an update to the newest version of iOS, which I had on my home phone but not on the new phone yet. I downloaded automatically on iTunes, but had to restart the computer and iTunes for it to realize it was OK to proceed. I called technical support, but after the restart it went smoothly.
