  The buyer relied on eBay to describe an item eBay has never seen. The item was sold as open box, possible not in factory box or packaging but including all original pieces. It has been used, pieces missing, pieces cut so are unusable, I cannot hang the light due to missing pieces. Seller states it was eBay’s description but they did not edit or add that the light should be used for parts only as many pieces are missing or cut and saying due to price sold and price new this is why it’s like this
