The Rescuers is fun interesting literature!
Who knew the movies were based on
a series of interesting and delightful books? This book as it says gives you the first 3 books in the series in one
volume! It is dear but not saccharin in the least. It really is literature.

Another creative gem in The Recuers series
Love this series. I read quality children’s literature more than any other category because of its creativity and this book in The Rescuers series
is no exception.

A little girl is empowered by her imitate animals in her own way. Sweet for the very young.
I discovered author Ruth Krauss from her book A Hole is To Dig
which is illustrated by Maurice
Sendak. That book is life changing for a poet and children’s literature.
I Can Fly is much more simple probably geared toward very young children but it is sweet with
very cool ( but non-Sendak) artwork. Musical bonus on last page!!!
