Slip cloth not Aida cloth

I should have read better. This is not Aida cloth, it is slip cloth and has embroidery stitches included in the pattern. The needle is very small and hard to thread. The lines run into each other and are hard to stitch and follow. I finally gave up. Pattern could be used for an Aida cloth project, however you will have to do a lot of counting. Not sure the thread is of good quality either, but it is a very cute pattern.
