The ADD explanation book. Should be required reading. Essential.

It's written in a fair and balanced manner by two psychologists that live with it themselves. I found answers to many questions I had as well as relief. It includes strategies for living with and managing ADD. And it is not written in medical-ese so it is easy to stay with. Excerpts from real peoples lives are given which helps to show the difference between our cultures overactive lifestyle and the burden many people carry when they are dealing with a mind that is constantly whirling. it is also sensitive to the burden of those that live and work with them. I enjoyed listening and will definitely share it with others.

Beautiful stitches that look like knitting! Lots of YouTube videos showing stitches if you get stuck. I liked it so much so bought both the hard and digital copies.
