Entry level DSLR

I really want to give this camera a good review. But it seems the manufacturer omitted a common software feature. This camera has no interval shooting mode which makes it difficult for users to do time lapse photography. This is my first DSLR so it seems much nicer than a PAS camera or a cell phone camera, but I can't compare it to other dslr's. Additionally its ability to accept old inexpensive pentax lenses is a huge plus.
