Pretty good for a kit lens.

I wanted to light lens with acceptable image quality to pair with my 7D MkII for candid shots at the events I shoot. I choose this lens based on a review by Ken Rockwell and I am happy with my choice. In most applications, I shoot with a speedlight, so a fast lens isn't necessary. This lens is fast enough and has the range to shoot wide and long.

Good Value.

It's too soon to give an in-depth review but the knife appears to be well built and it came with a nice edge on the blade. For the price, it was a good buy.
