6 von 6 finden das hilfreich This new Ball book of Canning and Preserving, has canning instructions and guidelines for the novice as well as the seasoned canner. Recipes and instructions for the water bath canning of jelly, jams, pie fillings, fruit butters, salsas and the how to's on pickling. Pressure canning of vegetables, soups and one jar meals, like chili and chicken stew! There is a section on freezing vegetables and fruits, along with a small section on preserving and the smoking and curing of bacon and ham. I think everyone will find something of value in this 368 page canning book!
