Well worth the expense!
We are an avid exercise couple. During this pandemic we have been unable to exercise as we ae accustomed. The TOTAL GYM is a great way for us to work out together and stay fit and healthy. It fits nicely in living room and does not take up a ton of space. An exercise chart as well as video demonstrating many exercises is included which is hugely helpful. Being able to increase the incline of the bench adds more resistance to each exercise. I lift 20-25 lb dumbells at the gym and this machine gives me a great workout. The only reason I give 4 not 5 stars is the time it takes to acclimate and educate how to use it safely. * if the buyer reads the instructions correctly there should not be an issue.
