  I ordered this item on 2/7/23; description said delivery estimated 2/9-2/11. I contacted seller on 2/13 to inquire about the status as I hadn't received it nor had I received any shipping info. No answer. I contacted seller on 2/16 again - same inquiry and it is now 2/20 and I have NO information, NO response from seller, and NO purchased and paid for item. I will be opening a case with EBay on the seller. Absolutely unacceptable lack of customer service and I will be requesting refund.

  Since the weekend of June 19th my Mother had a heart attack & once I seen this item sold, Husband Got the item for me via I have been still taking care of my Mom 9/7/22 & informed this person got a sorry asked if they still wanted it, & they said yes! Mailed it out as I even showed pic of my Mom in the hosp. which 4-1/2hrs steady attack, 76yrs old & all I got was a "Sorry" Yet I still mailed the item and was willing to refund yet they wouldn't remove Neg Status. Still Blessings to them. Kellie
