Nice Sony Blu-ray player. Terrible streaming device.
Good Blue-Ray Player - for Excellent price.
It is however horrible Streaming device -- it freezes constantly. It is bad Sony design that lacks basic thermal design. Chip reaches close to 65C without any heat sinks. And keeps resetting nearly every 2 days.

Unnecessary and too complicated to clean.
Cons: Cleaning of this is a nightmare. It requires to be cleaned daily. Filters are few sponges and so called carbon filter that is probably for one time daily use. I have unfortunately become expert in disassembling this thing and reassembling every time it needs to be cleaned. And lifting it up from ground level is a spill risk. There is no way to handle this safely since it is all rounded. So you are handling dissolved hair, residue and water remains with a high risk to spill every time.
It is extremely water level sensitive, too low and pump will sputter. Too high and entire thing sounds like a miniature toilet. There is water flow adjuster that appears to do little less than nothing. So you have one level of flow.
Light was fun for cats. They were entertained to splash it for an hr. So now is off. Thank you for that feature.
Pros: Well it works. That pump is one resilient item. So far -- run even with water below the min level. Cats like it, I guess they have since that is the only water source. It looks OK, and with a little wire management it fit well in the "cat" corner.

Excellent A+
Excellent OEM motor. This is exact drop in relacement part for Dewalt drill. It is comutator type with brushes magnet on stator and shaft with a pinion included. It comes even with 2 heatshrink tubes to cover contacts after the instslation that requires soldering. Excellent. Many thanks. A+
