A must be issued to all combat vets.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I have been in the Marines in the Gulf War among other un-named events and actions around the world. I have fought with depression, anger, guilt, and other issues that would take to long to list.
The military teaches you how to be a killing machine, feel no emotions, block pain, and keep going. They do not teach you how to "transition" into civilion life after combat. The transion class is about a 4 hour class and was not manditory! Now I have been diagnosed with Post Tramatic Stress Disorder, and am (finally after 16 years of trying) in classes to deal with all of this.
There is so much of this book that goes hand in hand with the courses I am taking. If I was to take the courses without the book, I feel that I would not fair as well. Per Doctors orders, I have been slowly decreecing my meds and also seeing a councler who sugested that I writh all negitive thoughts in a notebook and then use parts of the book to analize the root of the problem, and it really works!
I had my doubts at first, as most probablr would. Just buy the book or borrow a copy and see for yourself. If you use it on your own, in a group, or with a doctor, you WILL see positive results.

Best pillow I've had
This is the best pillow I've ever had by far. For a side sleeper, it is great to have the notch so your head goes up fully and comfortably on the pillow. The cooling gel works great to keep your head cool. Normally I sweat when I sleep but not as much with this pillow, the only days I sweated a lot were days the ac was off with windows open and it was very warm out. I have sleep apnea so first I tried the Z Wedge pillow with my normal pillows and still was snoring and not breathing proper. Then I bought this pillow and using them together I sleep better, do not snore or quit breathing. That makes everyone in the house happy. You definitely need to give this pillow a try. My kids won't stay off of it during the day and want their own.

Great wedge pillow
I have sleep apnea so first I tried the Z Wedge pillow with my normal pillows and still was snoring and not breathing proper. Then I bought the Z shoulder gel pillow and using them together I sleep better, do not snore or quit breathing. That makes everyone in the house happy. You definitely need to give this combo a try if you have the same trouble with sleeping.
