Great stuff.
Works out cheaper than buying meals.. even at £60 per bag thats only £1 per meal! And everyone i know that has used this VI stuff has lost weight on it, seriously! I am starting it next month myself.
2 shakes per day breakfast and lunch and any meal you fancy for tea/dinner (obviously really unhealthy meals would be silly) and snacking is fine within reason.
My other half has lost over a stone in 3 months and still has weekly chinese/indian and a couple of bars of chocolate per week as well as the odd cheesecake and is still a cheese addict😂 she says she definately feels more energetic on it too, so can't be bad really.

Another very good cheap tool from Sealey
Bought this about a month ago now. We make replica grp aircraft, so needed a cheap die grinder but one that will last well.
This feels very strong, looks great, is pretty powerful (can be a little tricky to slow it down using trigger for delicate edges!)
It has been used everyday by 7 people and was actually used solid for 2 1/2 days (8hr day) it is nice and comfy to use.
So good in fact, i have just ordered another one!
The previous reviewer says the exhaust is poorly positioned and he got tool oil sprayed on his hand, BUT the exhaust is adjustable and rotates to any position, so i never had this issue and you don't need to either.
I always try and buy Sealey tools as they are very cheap and always last well.
Only slightly dearer than the other 'market brand' chinese junk, so definately spend the extra £5 or so! I still have sealey tools from the late 80's in daily use!
Arrived very quickly.

Very good chrome spray
We build replica Spitfires (fibreglass)for a living.
We needed some fake chrome or chrome paint for the landing gear.
Decided to give this spray a go, and everyone was chuffed with the results.
Up close it doesnt look exactly like chrome, but as you can see from the picture, from a few feet away it looks pretty authentic.
For best results we sprayed a light grip coat and let it dry for 10 mins, then a full wet coat. It covers silver or grey primer very well.
Once the final coat is fully dry, try not to touch it too much or polish it as it goes dull and streaky.
Will definately buy more for further projects.
