  After this sad, barely taped package got to me incredibly in one piece, I discovered almost every book had a remainder mark that was not mentioned. Described as good condition, which they are, but I appreciate honesty up front, and with no returns, I messaged the seller. They told me no one had ever complained about remainder marks before and they’d keep it in mind. No apology or attempt at good will. A permanent marker stain on every book is not an “oopsie lol” afterthought. Buyer beware.

  1. Item is in good condition as buyer states. If buyer wants books in perfect condition they need to buy in new condition. Buyer was upset they couldn't resell them at a higher value due to a remainder mark. 2. I told them I have not received complaints about remainder marks but would keep that in mind for the future and they gave an attitude saying I was "dismissive" 3. Despite their attitude, I offered a partial refund, to which they did not reply and left this negative feedback instead.
