  A mixture of happiness and disappointment but that has nothing to do with the seller. I received my parcel which seemed to be really well packaged but upon opening it, I realised that the Victorian resin house had been damaged in transit. I immediately contacted the seller who was very apologetic and gracious in refunding me half the price I originally paid. A welcome and unexpected response, thank you. The seller has taken this up with the courier. Clearly it was not taken care of in the post

  The bookcase is lovely, Seller was fast to respond to my questions. Everything was ready when I collected the bookcase. I’m very happy!
