A Must Have For Your Reference Book Collection
I had a much earlier edition and all the pages were falling out, so I purchased this new edition. I think the diagrams and instructions are good. I especially like the quick warm up stretches.

It’s the Best AM moisturizer.
I like this product because its light and the SPF is 50. I feel I’m getting good protection from the sun. I’ve been using it for years and have never found anything as light weight that offers the same sun protection. AND it’s reasonably priced.

Expensive but...
It’s substantial. One of my dogs is extremely scared so I like this bowl bc it doesn’t slide on the floor due to the weight and the rubber bottom ring. It’s easy to clean and is damage proof.
