Bigger Than An Egg Steamer
I use it to steam eggs, but could see other applications for it. However, the virtually all-plastic body--including the water tray--does not inspire confidence in its durability.

Low-cost Option
The toilet paper is probably as "deluxe" as its price could afford. The rolls are individually wrapped while tissues have patterns imprinted. However, tissues are not exactly soft although they are functional. They are rather thin, so you have to use more sheets each time, which may cancel out its price advantage.
