Very satisfactory product...
It requires no tools at all. Easy, easy to install & wonderful for households with adult & young residents who require a quick, easy, shower head adjustment. The product is not very sturdy but will last a long time if you handle it with some care. I've had one for years, I ordered this one for my daughter.
