this a good bottom bracket on you're mountain bike, or road bike.
I have try the shimano bottom bracket and the Omni is the one you should try it, if you, like it you ride many mile a days, on mountain or roads.

its a good oil for the bikes.
the prolink oil does not pick up dirt like other oils, i'll recommend this product use on any type of bike.
