Read the second book, Texas Outlaw, loved it and wanted to read the first - can't wait!
Cheap, on time and in excellent condition. What's not to like?

Clear and concise, will appeal to ALL kite-flying enthusiasts from the novice to the expert.
Lots of clear, colorful designs and detailed but simple plans for making many different types of kite. Plenty of background information and basic science behind kite flying. Will definitely get a lot of use and provide me with a great deal of information to expand a wonderful childhood pastime into an adult hobby well into retirement! Great book!

Well-written and fascinating, this book will delight travel and history enthusiasts everywhere, regardless of age
I bought this book on recommendation a few years ago and since then have been recommending it to EVERYONE. Nobody really KNOWS London until they've read this book. It gives you an excellent insight into the city BEHIND the one you see, as well as giving you a potted history of pretty much EVERYTHING. From what happened where and why, and who lived where and what they did and when, to the history of the Underground and its stations and the often unsavory events pertaining to the East End, this book will be very hard to put down by anybody. Fascinating and superbly written by Ed Glinert, an author who knows the Capital intimately, it will proudly occupy a permanent space on any travel or history buff's bookshelf. I cannot praise this book highly enough and am now buying up copies to give to all my friends and relatives. GO GLINERT!
If anyone is interested, he has written one on Manchester, which I also intend to purchase!
